How to get to Abramtsevo Museum

By train: from Yaroslavsky Railway Station (Komsomolskaya station on Metrorail) take Sergiev Posad or Alexandrov electric train to the Abramtsevo station (check the stops of the train). The rail journey takes about 1,5 hour. Get off at Abramtsevo, cross the railway lines. Behind the tent-shaped archway in the middle of the platform find a flight of steps that lead down to a woodland path. This route will take you all the way to the museum.

By car: drive along the Yaroslavl highway, turn to Leshkovo and Radonezh, drive along the main road to Khotkovo, then turn to Abramtsevo and follow the main road to Museum.

 

How to get to Arts and Crafts Department of the Museum

By train: from Yaroslavsky Railway Station (Komsomolskaya station on Metrorail) take Sergiev Posad or Alexandrov electric train to Khotkovo station. The rail journey takes about 1,5 hour. From the Khotkovo station walk through the territory of Pokrovsky (Protection of the Virgin) Convent. Arts and Crafts Department of the Abramtsevo Museum is located across the street from the Southern gates of Convent.

By car: drive along the Yaroslavl highway, turn to Leshkovo and Radonezh, drive along the main road to Khotkovo.
